Power Washing & Wood Brightening
We power wash the entire surface and apply an oxalic acid wood brightener where needed to open the grain, remove tannin bleed, and ensure maximum coating adhesion.
Repairs, Caulking & Priming
Cracked and damaged boards are repaired with epoxy wood consolidant. All penetrations, gaps, and trim joints are caulked with a premium paintable sealant. Bare cedar receives a penetrating oil primer before topcoat.
Premium Coating Application
Two full coats of your chosen premium system — Aura Exterior for painted finishes, Cabot or Ready Seal for stain — applied by hand to ensure complete coverage in all board channels.
